For facility rentals, birthday parties, pickleball court time, and outside group use. Athlete registration uses a separate waiver.

Birthday party waivers and booking steps
No portal account is required. Start a birthday request, verify your email, and sign the organizer agreement before submitting it for staff review. Submitting a request does not reserve the gym or charge your card.
After staff approves availability, you receive a secure link for the $50 deposit, which is included in the package total. Staff confirms the reservation after the organizer agreement and deposit are verified.
Each participant needs a separate waiver before participation. Use the participant waiver link shared by the organizer. Adults sign for themselves; a parent or legal guardian signs for each minor. The organizer agreement does not replace these waivers.
Birthday booking, cancellation & refund terms
- The $50 deposit can be transferred once if your family needs to reschedule. It cannot be refunded or transferred to another family, except for the gym weather cancellation described below.
- Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your party, we will ask for the full party amount to be paid.
- Families can reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours before their scheduled party time.
- If the gym cancels due to weather and an alternate date cannot be agreed on, we will refund your payment, including the deposit.
