Choose 1½ hours for $200 or 2 hours for $250. The $50 deposit is part of the total; the remaining $150 or $200 is due by your party date. Staff must approve availability first.

Birthday booking, cancellation & refund terms

  • The $50 deposit can be transferred once if your family needs to reschedule. It cannot be refunded or transferred to another family, except for the gym weather cancellation described below.
  • Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your party, we will ask for the full party amount to be paid.
  • Families can reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours before their scheduled party time.
  • If the gym cancels due to weather and an alternate date cannot be agreed on, we will refund your payment, including the deposit.
  • Send refund requests and exception requests to Kenzie and Morgan through info@rebelzcheer.com.

Parties are offered on Saturdays at select times within the next 90 days. Choose an available time above. Your reservation is confirmed after staff approval and deposit.

Submitting does not reserve the gym or charge your card. Staff will confirm guest capacity and required paperwork before final confirmation.
